What data I process
Whatever you send through the contact form or by email: name, email address, company name and the content of your message. Nothing else is collected automatically.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used solely to answer your message and, where relevant, prepare an offer. The legal basis is legitimate interest in business communication and pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
How long it is kept
Messages are kept for at most 24 months after the last exchange. If the contact leads to a contract, statutory accounting and tax retention periods apply instead.
Sharing
Data is not shared with third parties and not transferred outside the EU. Messages pass only through the hosting and email provider, which acts as a processor.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no external fonts. Every file loads from this server, so your IP address goes nowhere beyond the hosting provider's standard server logs.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. An email to info@er-shop.sk is enough.
If you believe the processing breaches the rules, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
